I give all my rabbits daily attention, including food and water twice a day. They get out of their cages and run and play daily.   If you are purchasing a rabbit for a pet, then you will need to spend at minimum 1 hour a day with one on one contact.  Our rabbits cages are kept clean.  They each have their own cage and litter box.  They learn from birth to use the litter boxes.  I want my rabbits to go to a loving home and treated as a member of your family.  You agree to handle your rabbit(s) purchased from me with the same care and respect that I have given them and explained here.  You understand and agree that you will need to groom your lionhead rabbit(s) at very minimum of once a week.  This requires brushing, toenail/teeth clipping or filing, and possibly bathing your rabbit(s).

If you purchase a rabbit from Enchanted Lions, you promise not to use our rabbits for human or animal consumption.   You promise to never let the rabbit go free into the wild.  These rabbits are domesticated and cannot survive in the wild. 

I advise you to research the time, effort, and commitment in owning any pet before buying one. 

You understand that I have the full right to cancel the sale/transaction of any of my rabbits at any time for any reason. 

Rabbits have very small bones, and should never be left unattended with small children at any time.  If you feel that you cannot supervise your child, then you should not purchase a rabbit for your home. 

I cannot guarantee how your lionhead will turn out as it ages.  I cannot guarantee how your rabbit will place or be judged at any given show.  I cannot guarantee the fertility of any animal.  I cannot guarantee the temperament of any rabbit; however I will only breed rabbits with a nice temperament.  If you find that a rabbit is unhappy in your home or acting out, I will work with you, so please don't hesitate to contact me. 

No rabbit(s) will be sold to a child under the age of 18 without a pre-consent form signed by the parent.  If you rent your home or live in a house that has HOA rules, it is your responsibility to find out if you can own a rabbit and house it in your home prior to putting a deposit on a rabbit.  It is your responsibility to find out from your local city/county/state that you are able to house a rabbit in your home.  You are responsible for any fees to register your rabbit in your area.

You are responsible for any transportation, vet fees, or insurance needed to transport your rabbit from our location to yours.  If you need transportation outside the county limits, you can look for transporters such as a rabbit relay service as well as airlines.  I cannot guarantee any transporter.  I will give feedback on services that I have personally used.

I will take any rabbit back that you purchase from me.  No refunds will be issued.  Any deposits given will not be refunded.  I guarantee the rabbit will be without illness for 7 days after it leaves my care.  If you purchase a rabbit that becomes ill, I will replace it with a like rabbit.  This replacement may take up to 6 months. 

You agree upon pick up of your new Lionhead Rabbit(s) that you will abide by this contract.

If you are paying with PAYPAL, you agree to pay an additional 4% processing fee.
